SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by Wichman Orthopedics and Wellness, the trade name of Wisconsin Center for Orthopedics and Wellness, S.C. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Our SMS program sends appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling messages, and post-visit follow-up to patients who have provided their mobile number and consented. These are transactional, care-related messages, not marketing.

Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our intake or scheduling form, or by providing your mobile number and confirming consent to a staff member. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or scheduling an appointment.

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your appointments and care, typically up to 6 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Opting out

Cancel anytime by replying STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

Privacy
