Philosophy

Honesty over hype

Dr. Wichman is especially passionate about orthobiologics and regenerative medicine, and just as committed to being candid about their limits, so you get an honest read on whether a treatment fits your goals, never a hard sell. Above all, he favors the least-invasive path that will truly get you better, and recommends surgery only when it is genuinely the right answer. It is a calling he has held since he was eight years old.
